The bourbon highball cocktail is a great way to enjoy your favourite Bourbon Whiskey and is so quick & easy to mix. The Bourbon Highball cocktail make a great summer cocktail to enjoy on those long summer evenings and makes a great alternative other mixed such as bourbon & coke.
As with many great cocktails and mixes the Bourbon Highball is very easy to mix as it made using just two ingredients, Bourbon Whiskey and ginger ale, and requires no specialist cocktail making equipment.
For my Bourbon Highball recipe I personally use Jim Beams bourbon, but please feel free to use the
bourbon you personally prefer.Ingredients
2oz of Jim Beam Bourbon Whiskey
5oz of Ginger ales
Slice of lemon to garnish
Method
Using a highball glass add the Jim Beam Bourbon Whiskey and
the Ginger Ale and give is a good stirTop up with plenty of ice, garnish with a slice or two of lemon and serve.
Now all that is left to do is sit back and enjoy your freshly prepared bourbon highball cocktail, while you soak up the summer sun.
